The Story of
Ever After

We are a Mother-Daughter duo, both of us problem-solvers at heart and both of us deeply committed to listening to our clients’ needs and finding ways to bring their dreams to life.

Ever After Interiors was born out of two distinct passions that we have always shared:

A love for truly being of service to
others

A love for adding beauty to this
world wherever we can

Like any epic story, our individual paths took many twists and turns before converging here, leading us to open EVER AFTER INTERIORS. We know that this is exactly where we are meant to be, working together with you in Casper and all of Central Wyoming to create a place you love to call home.

Leah Davis

Born and raised in Casper, Wyoming I have had exposure to the construction industry since birth. My grandfather ran his own painting business and my father was an electrical contractor who, along side my mom, owned and operated his own contracting business.  I was raised with a deep appreciation of the intricacies of the construction process as well as an understanding of the potential headaches and joys of remodeling. The art of problem solving and the drive to discover ways to make things happen, as well as an “anything is possible” attitude was instilled within me from an early age.

I do believe that the entrepreneurial spirit was also infused in my character during my childhood.

Passion For Interior Design

In my mid-twenties, I discovered my passion for design. I purchased, gutted and remodeled several houses over that decade. I loved the process of design so much that I began to help contractors select finishes for new build projects in my free time. I loved the process of looking at the “bones” of a space and figuring out how to transform it into its highest potential. I know now that I have an intrinsic ability to craft a space in a way that delivers a desired energy or feeling or experience.

Over the years, countless friends, family members and co-workers have asked me to help make their space beautiful and functional. I realized I was consistently being asked to pick paint, furniture, room layouts, tile, flooring etc. Eventually, I enrolled in interior design courses and mentored with designers world-wide to enhance my skills and abilities.

Though interior design held a huge piece of my heart, prior to opening EVER AFTER INTERIORS, it had always been a hobby.

Since 2006, my husband and I have owned and managed a full service gym in Casper, Wyoming called Lifetime Health and Fitness. Our focus has been on creating a positive and welcoming environment where our community can come to make their lives better- becoming healthier, happier and more confident. Though building this business had been, in many ways, my life’s work to that point, my heart and the Universe continually called me back to the world of design.

In the summer of 2024, in the midst of a new home construction of my own, I realized first hand that Casper and all of Central Wyoming has a dire need for reliable cabinetry design and sales as well as interior design professionals that are attentive, committed to listening to their clients, and are able ask the right questions to truly understand how the client wants to use their space.

Casper needs design professionals who are just as excited about the project as the client is.

Maya and I teamed up that summer to offer just that. We bring attentiveness, reliability, creativity, compassion and commitment to anyone in our community who is remodeling, building a new home or renovating their space. We are passionate about kitchen design, bathroom design, and organization of closets, pantries and cupboards, all things interior.

WE CARE ABOUT THE SUCCESS OF YOUR PROJECT JUST AS MUCH AS YOU DO

Maya Norman

Originally born in Paoli Pennsylvania, I moved to Casper, Wyoming as an infant. I lived my first 13 years of life in the beautiful town of Casper, playing every sport imaginable and establishing deep roots. At age 13, I was offered an opportunity I couldn’t pass up, and  moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in modeling. It was extremely difficult leaving the peace and comfort of Wyoming but I’ve discovered that Casper has a crazy way of staying in our hearts and pulling us back.

I lived and modeled in LA for five years and finished high school at Mira Costa in Manhattan Beach, California. When I was 18, I took another big leap of faith and moved myself across the country to New York City. I was doing mostly commercial jobs at that point, but being in New York allowed me the opportunity to explore the high fashion side of the industry.

My whole life I’ve felt as though I see the world through a different lens, but working in the fashion industry afforded me incredible experiences and countless stories that validated my unique perspectives and reinforced my imaginative nature.

The amount of creativity that I was exposed to on a daily basis was astounding. I felt so fortunate to be able to  watch magic being created every single day. I began signing with different agencies all around the globe. I was signed in five different countries and three different states and lived in each country for a few months. Those days, I spent more time on the plane than in my own bed. But, I was lucky enough see the world. I was able to meet so many incredibly talented people from every single walk of life imaginable. All of the different cultures, music, food, and architecture shaped me, expanded my mind and and fueled my creativity.

Deep Appreciation for
Art & Aesthetics

I’ve always had a passion and deep admiration for all things artistic. Some of my favorite childhood memories involve crafting miniature model homes out of scrap pieces of cardboard. One year I even asked Santa for cardboard because all that I wanted to do was make crafts and create little houses. Art has always been one of my greatest strengths and absolutely my favorite pastime. My mom supported my creativity and gave me so much freedom. One year I remember being encouraged to design my own bedroom. Boldly, I chose zebra wallpaper with a hot pink accent wall. Now, I tell her she should’ve never let that happen. But, I always appreciated that she allowed me the opportunity to develop a vision for MY space, which made it my own.

Now as a designer, I remember how important it is to be sure that the clients’ space feels like their own, so I prioritize their needs and vision above all else.

After nearly 10 years in the modeling industry, I was ready to take all that I’ve learned about using color, texture, shapes, scale and lighting to evoke a desired atmosphere and apply it to a career as an Interior Designer.

Ever After Interiors was born one afternoon when my mom and I were choosing finishes for her forever home. Whenever we work together, there seems to be a sort of synergistic magic that occurs which causes rooms to take on a life of their own. We realized simultaneously that interior design is what we are meant to be doing, together.

We bring a new perspective on interior and cabinetry design to Casper using all the tools we’ve acquired along the way. We can’t wait to work with you.
